MORE ABOUT PACKAGES

Our DBA managed service packages include a set number of hours for standard DBA-related tasks during business hours (9 AM to 5 PM, EST). If you exceed the hours included in your package, additional hours will be invoiced at the preferred rate specified in your package.

Important: Services rendered outside of business hours will be charged at 1.5 times the package hours, and emergency requests will be charged at 2 times the package hours.
